PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling workability and surely prevent a lock end from detachment from a lock part. SOLUTION: At least one of the lock parts 22 is a notch 31, and a crank-shaped part 25 capable to engage with the notch 31 is formed at a lock end 23 corresponding to the notch 31, so that an operation end 26 with required length from the crank-shaped part 25 extends toward a direction crossing with the notch 31.
