<p>An anastomotic ring applier device providing forward and retrograde visualization is provided to prevent a careless operation of first and second operators by using a lock element in each slot. In a surgical apparatus for implanting an anastomotic ring device at an anastomosis region, an elongated shaft(15) includes a proximal part and a distal part, wherein the proximal part is connected to a handle(19). A ring extension device arranged at the distal part of the shaft(15) is structured to accommodate/extend the anastomotic ring device. More than one imaging element is arranged on the elongated shaft(15) or inside the elongated shaft(15). At least one among more than one imaging element is designated to capture an image of the anastomosis region.</p> |
