摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase transition type optical information recording medium capable of enhancing self reliability without reducing frequencies of repetitive recording/erasure, securing a wide process margin and enhancing initialization characteristics and repetitive characteristics of the optical information medium by incorporating a new material into a dielectric layer adjacent to an Ag or Ag alloy layer of a sulfuration resistant layer or a reflection layer in order to prevent influence of oxygen and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the phase transition type optical information recording medium having a first dielectric layer, a recording layer, a second dielectric layer and the reflection layer which are sequentially laminated on a transparent substrate, the second dielectric layer contains a nickel oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
