<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer sheet requiring no heat treatment for manufacturing, which has an outstanding heat resistance and slip characteristics, and has few defects of a wrinkle during printing, defects of printing by tailing, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermal transfer sheet provided with a layer in a back surface, the back surface layer is made of a mixture of a polyamidoimide resin (A) whose Tg according to a differential thermal analysis is 200°C or more and a polyamidoimide silicone resin (B) whose Tg is similarly 200°C or more as a binder, and further, contains a mixture of a polyvalent metal salt (C) of an alkyl phosphate and a metal salt (D) of an alkyl carboxylic acid, only a silicone oil (E) and an inorganic filler (F) made only of particles (F) of an inorganic material having Mohs hardness of 3 or less or made of particles (F1) of an inorganic material (F1) and particles (F2) of an inorganic material made of particle of an inorganic material exceeding a Mohs hardness of 3. The metal salts (C) and (D) have a mean particle size of 5-20 μm, and the inorganic filler has a mean particle size of 0.05-5.5 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
