<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the abnormality of a terminal on a production line, and to reduce any influence on production due to two or more abnormalities to be caused in the same time period. <P>SOLUTION: This abnormality monitoring system is provided with an abnormality monitoring server 1, a terminal 2 installed on a production line, and connected to the abnormality monitoring server 1, and a communication terminal 3 connected through a radio communication line to the abnormality monitoring server 1. The abnormality monitoring server 1 is provided with an endurance remaining time calculating part 12 for calculating endurance remaining time t<SB>lr</SB>showing a time when production can be produced in a production line from a current time Tp by using an abnormality occurrence time T<SB>s</SB>included in terminal abnormality information to be transmitted from the terminal 2 where any abnormality is caused on the production line and endurance time t<SB>1</SB>showing a time when products can be continuously produced in the production line after any abnormality is caused and a current time T<SB>p</SB>, a corresponding communication information preparing part 15 for preparing corresponding communication information including information about abnormality caused in the terminal on the basis of the endurance remaining time t<SB>lr</SB>, and a corresponding communication information transmitting part 16 for transmitting the corresponding communication information to a communication terminal 3 made to correspond to the terminal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
