TRANSACTION APPARATUS AND TRANSACTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic wallet application system for having age information of an owner together with electronic money information inside an IC card when performing business transaction.

SOLUTION: In the electronic wallet system using the IC card, the IC card 19 stores the age information 26 of the IC card 19 owner together with the sum of money information 24. Thus, when performing business transaction which has to restrict any transaction with a minor, a decoder 11 identifies the age information 26 of the card owner to prohibit the transaction when he/she is decided to be a minor, hence age limit in the business transaction executable.
