<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment capable of adequately executing data communication using a plurality of VLAN networks. <P>SOLUTION: A MAC layer 15 extracts a transmission source MAC address and VLAN tag information from a received packet and stores the VLAN tag information and MAC address in a MAC address learning table 18 while making them correspond to each other.
