PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private branch exchange system and a commanding method thereof with high convenience whereby a terminal to be commanded can call back a commanding terminal and receive a command even when the terminal to be commanded is busy or an operator of the terminal to be commanded leaves its seat. SOLUTION: The private branch exchange system comprises: a private branch exchange 2; a multifunctional telephone set 3 for configuring the command terminal for generating a command; and a multifunctional telephone set (terminal to be commanded) 4 and a multifunctional telephone set (terminal to be commanded) 5 for configuring the terminals to be commanded and receiving a command from the multifunctional telephone set (commanding terminal) 3, a virtual extension number key KYa of the multifunctional telephone set (commanding terminal) 3 and a virtual extension number key KYc of the multifunctional telephone set (terminal to be commanded) 4, and a virtual extension number key KYb of the multifunctional telephone set (commanding terminal) 3 and a virtual extension number key KYd of the multifunctional telephone set (terminal to be commanded) 5 are respectively one to one connected by a virtual extension number for delivery of the command.
