PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption at the time of standby in a drive circuit for a high voltage which changes and outputs the control signal of a low voltage to the control signal of a high voltage. SOLUTION: Transistors MN1-MN8 of a high pressure part 2 are driven by control signals al-d1 and a2-d2 from a low pressure part 1, and outputs a driving signal to an object 3 to be operated. In this case, the control signals a1-d1 from the low pressure part 1 are inputted to gates of transistors MN1, MN3, MN5, and MN7 of the high pressure part 2 through one-side input terminals of AND gates Q1-Q4, respectively, and an on-off signal of the high pressure part 2 is inputted to other-side input terminals of the AND gates Q1-Q4.
