PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device wherein the noise propagation performed between its circuit wirings is suppressed favorably. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 10 including analog/digital circuits in a mixed way has an analog circuit wiring 1 in an analog circuit region provided on a semiconductor substrate, a digital circuit wiring 2 in a digital circuit region, a signal wiring 3 for connecting the analog circuit wiring 1 with the digital circuit wiring 2, and a shield wiring 4 surrounding the digital circuit wiring 2 and for shading high-frequency noises. The analog circuit wiring 1, the digital circuit wiring 2, the signal wiring 3, and the shield wiring 4, are provided in a single wiring layer. The shield wiring 4 so has openings 5 between the analog circuit wiring 1 and the digital circuit wiring 2 that the openings 5 are opened respectively in the different directions from the direction extended from the digital circuit wiring 2 to the analog circuit wiring 1.
