PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation microscope improved to prevent dew condensation inside an objective. SOLUTION: A ring member 80 is attached to the objective 60 through a screw 82. A hermetic sealing member 86 is extended between the objective 60 and the periphery of the through-hole 22b of a separation wall 22, and shuts a gap between the objective 60 and the separation wall 22. The hermetic sealing member 86 is composed of a cylindrical bellows type elastic member. The outside edge of the ring member 80 projects upward, and the ring member 80 has an elastic member 84 such as an O-ring on the upper surface. A sample tray 40 has a recessed part 44 in which the edge part of the objective 60 is housed on its base, and is provided with a humidity sensor 46 inside the recessed part 44. A channel 92 is connected to the through-hole 80b of the ring member 80, and is coupled with a negative pressure generating device 96. The channel 92 is provided with a valve 94 for opening/closing the channel 92 and a heater 98 for warming the channel 92. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
