PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocker lever actuator with a rocker lever for particularly operating a vehicle clutch while applying variable operating force to make connection and/or disconnection with/from a clutch, actualizing the lowering of force when a narrower arm space condition brings an inconvenient lever arm ratio.
