PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool used to occlude and supply a product, particularly a product consisting of two phases which are not mutually mixed and that can easily mix the product before supplied. SOLUTION: The tool relates to one used to occlude and supply products such as cosmetics, and is configured by providing a container 10 for forming a holder of the product, a supplying element 20 provided on the container, an immersion tube 40 for supplying the product to the supplying element and bonded to the supplying element by a first end 41, and a moving body 50 slidable along the immersion tube, wherein the tube 40 is provided with an element that forms a stopper member 60 of the moving body so as to limit the movement of the moving body along the immersion tube to a position away from the end 41.
