METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIATING AND INDUCTING BONE MARROW CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for differentiating and inducing a hepatic cell from a bone marrow cell.

SOLUTION: The method for differentiating and inducing the bone marrow cell comprises culturing the bone marrow cell (stem cell) in the presence of Laennec (R) (a placenta extract) and obtaining the hepatic cell. Since the method for differentiating and inducing the bone marrow cell effectively can differentiate and induce the bone marrow cell to the hepatic cell, the method is useful for repairing/regenerating the liver and exhibits particular effect enabling utilization in a field of regenerative medical techniques of mammal including human and is especially suitable for differentiation and induction of dog bone marrow cell.
