PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hepatoma detection method that uses proteins and their partial peptides, different in the presence or absence and in the amount of presence between normal persons and hepatoma patients and a biomarker for hepatoma detection, comprising proteins and partial peptides.
SOLUTION: The biomarker for hepatoma detection comprises at least one protein or a peptide selected from among a group of a fibrinogenαchain, represented by SEQ ID No.1; a fibrinopeptide A like represented by SEQ ID No.3; a complement C4A represented by SEQ ID No.5; an inter-α-trypsin inhibitor represented by SEQ ID No.7; gelsolin represented by SEQ ID No.9; apolipoprotein A1 represented by SEQ ID No.11;α2-macroglobulin represented by SEQ ID No.13;α1-antitrypsin represented by SEQ ID No.15; a partial peptide of fibrinogenαchain represented by SEQ ID No.2; a fibrinopeptide A-like partial peptide represented by SEQ ID No.4; a partial peptide of a complement C4A represented by SEQ ID No.6; a partial peptide of an inter-α-trypsin inhibitor, represented by SEQ ID No.8; a partial peptide of gelsolin represented by SEQ ID No.10; a partial peptide of apolipoprotein A1, represented by SEQ ID No.12; a partial peptide ofα2-macroglobulin represented by SEQ ID No.14; a partial peptide ofα1-antitrypsin, represented by SEQ ID No.16; and a partial peptide of a precursor of an inter-α-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H4, represented by SEQ ID No.17.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
|
