<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for reducing labor for changing the display of a display device for control. <P>SOLUTION: A host computer 17 for control is provided with file generating parts D21a and D21b for generating data with designated contents and a predetermined specific format when accepting a print instruction. Programmable display units 13a and 13b for performing at least one of an operation to acquire and display the status of a device based on screen data and an operation to control the status of a device according to an accepted operation and for displaying the data with the specific format are related to the file generating parts D21a and D21b as the destination of transmission.
