PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further shorten a processing time and to reduce the necessary capacity of a recording medium in the case of performing various edition processing such as the rearrangement of a display order of a plurality of images to be recorded in the recording medium. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 20 for recording a plurality of photographed original images and an album information file in which an order for displaying the plurality of original images by a reproducing device is recorded in the recording medium as an individual file is provided with: an image pickup part 200 for photographing an object and generating an original image; an input part 210 for inputting a display order for displaying a plurality of original images from a user; a file recording part 230 for recording the display order inputted by the input part 210 as an album information file; and an image output part 250 for outputting a pair of the original images and the album information file in accordance with an original image output request and recording them in the recording medium.
