PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically transparent dipole element requiring no chip component. SOLUTION: The dipole element 10 comprises monopole elements 1, 2 and a distributed constant circuit 3. Each monopole element 1, 2 is composed of copper foil formed on a printed board 4. The monopole elements 1, 2 are arranged linearly with a space d1 and formed with a cut 11, 21, respectively. The distributed constant circuit 3 is constituted by connecting copper foil lines 31-37 such that two characters of E face each other.
