摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monodisperse silica microparticles which contain a compound having an acidic group capable of having a variety of functional groups and an organic material and which is extremely excellent in the monodispersity and to provide a process for producing simply and in a short time this monodisperse microparticles. SOLUTION: The monodisperse silica microparticles containing a polyamine are characterized by containing a polymer having a linear polyethyleneimine chain, an acidic group-containing compound and a silica; and the process for producing a polyamine-containing, monodisperse silica microparticles comprises a step of dissolving a polymer having a linear polyethyleneimine chain and an acidic group-containing compound into a mixed solvent of water and a water soluble organic solvent, to prepare an associate of the above polymer having a polyethyleneimine chain and the above acidic group-containing compound and a step of carrying out a sol-gel reaction by the use of the above associate as a reaction field and by using an alkoxysilane in the presence of water.
