PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winch device which is miniaturized, excellent in operability and maintainability, and capable of reducing the cost, and ensuring many advantages as it is changed to a simple service mode. SOLUTION: The winch device comprises a drum 2, a bearing member 6 to rotatably support one end of the drum, a drum side connection member 14 fixed to the other end side of the drum by a screw 15, a hydraulic motor 10 having a fixed casing part 11a and a rotary casing part 11b, a holding frame 13 to hold the fixed casing part while the hydraulic motor overlaps the drum on the same axis, a motor side connection member 16 in which one end thereof is fixed to the rotary casing part of the hydraulic motor by a screw 18, and the other end thereof is attached to the drum side connection member in a relatively rotatable manner, and a coupling means 20 to couple the motor side connection member with the drum or the drum side connection member by a pin 22. A screwing part of the drum side connection member and a screwing part of the motor side connection member are provided at the same position when viewed in the axial direction of the drum.
