PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container removing device capable of removing a fallen container on a conveyor. SOLUTION: The container removing device 100 constituted as a part of a device for aligning a plurality of rows of containers in one row comprises a conveyor 10 to support containers 1 such as beer bottles from a lower side and conveys them, and a drive-out mechanism 20 which is arranged on the first side A of a moving path 14 of the containers 1 to be conveyed by the conveyor 10 to drive out fallen containers 1' out of the containers 1 on the conveyor 10 toward a drive-out unit 70 arranged on the second side B of the moving path 14. The drive-out mechanism 20 includes a guide member 22 to guide the containers 1 so as to change the moving direction of the containers 1 on the conveyor 10, a supporting member 24 to turnably and pivotably support the guide member 22 around the axis substantially orthogonal to a conveying surface of the conveyor 10, and a restoration force generating mechanism (a spring) 26 to apply the restoration force to the guide member 22.
