PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tote bag which can hold a relatively heavy article, and has a design highly precise registration. SOLUTION: According to the tote bag, a print layer (14) is formed on a stretched polypropylene film (11), both faces of which are overlaid with polyethylenes (12, 13) to form a composite film (10), which is folded back to form a folded back portion (2) serving as a bottom (2). Fusion cutting seals (3) are made on both edges (3, 3), and line seal portions (4) are formed at the inside of the fusion cutting seals (3).
