PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle propeller for improving thrust in bollard condition and propulsive efficiency in sailing. SOLUTION: A propulsion device is provided with a screw propeller, and a nozzle arranged around the screw propeller and having a wing shape in section. In a sectional shape of the nozzle, a position of a maximum camber is separated from a front edge in the range of 30 to 60% of chord length, and a maximum value of the camber is in the range of 3.0 to 9.0% of the chord length. Also, a position of a maximum thickness is separated from the front edge in the range of 20 to 40% of the chord length, and a thickness is set in the range of 15 to 24% of the chord length.
