PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a live fish-transporting bag capable of improving conveyance efficiency of live fishes, by solving such problems of conventional live fish-transporting bags that the conventional bag for conveying the live fishes, mainly including flounders and turbots, is deformed by pressure of supplied oxygen and the live fishes gather around a central part of the bag during conveyance, and therefore a number of the fishes received therein is restricted, and further the fishes become exhausted by being in contact with one another. SOLUTION: This live fish-transporting bag is structured so that a shape retention plate-receiving bag 6 with which a shape retention plate 7 is engaged is integratedly formed on an outside of a bottom part of a fish receiving bag 1 formed out of a flexible material.
