PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter by installing an operator's seat to work for feeding seedlings to a seedling feeder by riding on the transplanter and bringing steering control to be operated from the operator's seat and the structure to be a type controlled by walking and having a compact machine body. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is constituted by installing a seedling planter 3 for planting the seedlings to a field, a seedling feeder 4 for feeding the seedlings to the seedling planter 3, a handle 2 for steering the machine body by grasping in an alighted state on the rear end of a travelling vehicle, a step 71 for riding on and off the operator's seat 70 on the front end of the travelling vehicle and a front handle 20 for steering the machine body by grasping in the alighted state on the front end of the step 71.
