PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheetlike cosmetic that has improved stability so as to stand stability acceleration test at 40°C for six months, prevents fine wrinkles and aging and has excellent effect on skin firmness. SOLUTION: The sheetlike cosmetic is obtained by impregnating a sheetlike substrate with a water-based formulation liquid as an essential component obtained by formulating (a) an oily solution of coenzyme Q-10 containing a nonionic surfactant and/or an alpha lipoic acid and (b) an antioxidant collagen peptide.
