In a chromatography using a pressurized mobile phase, the mobile phase flowing through a feed pipe ( 31 ) is introduced into one end of a bypass pipe ( 32 ) where a sample is sealed through a two-way valve (v 2 ), a two-way valve (v 3 ) is opened and a two-way valve (v 1 ) is closed when the sample is pressurized by the introduction of the mobile phase, all the pressurized sample is thereby injected into the feed pipe ( 31 ), and further the pressure variation of the mobile phase in the feed pipe is suppressed when the sample is injected.
