The machine has a cabinet cover with rear and front cabinet covers (60, 70), where the front cabinet cover covers a front side of the rear cabinet cover. The rear cabinet cover is fixed to a front upper frame by fitting coupling units into coupling holes of the rear cabinet cover and front upper frame. A door is fixed to a hinge unit. The hinge unit is directly coupled to the rear cabinet cover, where the hinge unit and the rear cabinet cover are formed of metals, and the front cabinet cover is formed of plastic. A deco panel and a control panel are provided in the machine.
