Provided is an apparatus for fixing a fishing rod by using a holder body and a case, thereby preventing the fishing rod from being damaged by colliding with each other. A holder body(53) has a holder(10) for seating a fishing rod, a bottom surface(30), and a stepped portion(31) formed on a lower portion of the bottom surface. A case(63) fixes the holder body, and has an eyelet groove(55) for fixing the case by an eyelet(38) and a stepped groove(19) detachably engaged to the stepped portion. The case has a partition(22) installed on the case and a guide groove(22a) formed on an inner portion of the partition for guiding the bottom surface of the holder body according to the guide groove. The holder body is detachably inserted into the case.
