A rubber plate for a streetlamp post made of case iron is provided to prevent the damage on the coated surface of a streetlamp post and to extend the service life of a streetlamp post by attaching a rubber plate having elastic property and waterproof efficiency on a base plate of a streetlamp post, to prevent the accidents caused by an electric leakage and an electric shock by increasing electric insulating properties of a rubber plate, and to install a streetlamp safely and strongly with improved binding strength by increasing the tensile force of an anchor bolt and a nut when fastening an anchor bolt to an anchor fixing hole formed on a base plate of a streetlamp post attached with a rubber plate. A rubber plate(20) for a streetlamp post made of cast iron contains: multilayered insert projections(201) to be inserted to multilayered retreated grooves formed on the bottom of a base plate of a streetlamp post; and both connections(202) formed adjacently to anchor fixing holes of the base plate and provided with wing pieces(204) having different height to be attached on the bottom of the base plate using waterproofing adhesives such as silicon adhesives to keep the rubber plate attached on the bottom of the base plate of the streetlamp post strongly. Therefore a streetlamp post is installed by attaching a rubber plate on the bottom of a base plate of a streetlamp post, setting a streetlamp post on the upper part of a concrete structure and fastening anchor bolts to anchor fixing holes formed on the base plate of the streetlamp post attached with the rubber plate.
