<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material for a fuel cell separator satisfying requirement performance on conductivity and strength and yet with high moldability, as well as a fuel cell separator and a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The molding material for the fuel cell separator has a powdery conductive material and lamellar clay mineral equally dispersed in resin, of which, the lamellar clay mineral is changed into an organic matter and dispersed in crystalline layer units.
