<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the dispersion of outputs from the secondary windings of gapped transformer individuals by increasing the accuracy of outputs from the secondary winding of each gapped transformer. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a gapped transformer, a secondary winding 104 is wound around a core 103 having an approximate C shape on a part of which a gap 103g is formed at almost equal intervals from one end 103A having a face 103SA faced to the gap 103g up to the other end 103B having a face 103SB faced to the gap 103g, and then the core 103 and the secondary winding 104 are covered with an insulating material 105 to fix the secondary winding 104 on the core 103. Then a primary winding 101 is wound around the core 103 through the insulating material 105 on a position 106 approximately opposite to the gap 103g of the core 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
