<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic certificate management system allowing certain execution of various kinds of processing related to an electronic certificate of invalidation processing or the like with a service order about a contract of communication service. <P>SOLUTION: In this electronic certificate management system 30, an order processing part 31 changes a user profile of a profile recording area 36 on the basis of the service order received from an external device 10, and enqueues invalidation requirement to an invalidation requirement queue 35 when the service order is a name change, succession, or cancellation. A certificate invalidation registration part 33 acquires the invalidation requirement queued to the invalidation requirement queue 35, and performs invalidation registration processing and an invalidation request after confirming presence of the electronic certificate of an invalidation requirement target in the profile recording area 36.
