<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a facility reservation to the completion of the reservation when requested by a user within a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle navigation device 1 mounted on the vehicle comprises a position detector 3, a memory part 4, a microphone 5, a display device 6, an operation switch group 7, a speaker 8, a radio communication control part 9, a reservation voice synthesis output part 10 and the like, which are connected to a control part 2 having the function of controlling the navigation operation. The control part 2 acquires and retrieves, upon input of a reservation content, PIO information matched to the reservation content from the memory part 4, perform availability/unavailability determination for facilities contained in the retrieved PIO information, and executes communication control for reservation application with a facility corresponding to availability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
