<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for managing a schedule or the like using voice. <P>SOLUTION: A user calls a first server 130 from a cellular phone 110. The first server 130 records and stores conversation contents of the user, and divides the contents into m pieces. Divided voice messages 200 are respectively encrypted, and distributed to a plurality of external secretaries 141-14n as encrypted divided data. Each external secretary 141-14n decrypts the encrypted divided data and converts it into text.
