<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device controller for a vehicle capable of automatically closing a window or sun roof for the vehicle even after its driver has forgotten to close it. <P>SOLUTION: An approach response signal So1 is received by each of receiving antennas 52 to 56, and the signal is demodulated and then input to the side of a device operation ECU11. Each receiving antenna is for receiving the approach response signal So1 transmitted from a mobile phone 57 near a vehicle approach position inside or outside of the vehicle and is installed side by side with its transmitting antenna. The ECU11 performs to unlock a door without any switching operation because an approach response signal So1 having an predetermined code is automatically transmitted to a receiving circuit 21 from the mobile phone 57 which is located inside or outside the vehicle and held by the driver when the mobile phone enters a vehicle nearby zone inside or outside the vehicle in a range of receiving the request signal Sr1 that is generated from the transmitting circuit 22.
