<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness wiring structure capable of adhering a panel and a grommet to each other without increasing the number of parts even when the grommet is held and mounted between the panel and a trim. <P>SOLUTION: The wire harness 3 is wired along a car body and a door 2. The door 2 is furnished with a door panel 6 and a door trim 7. The door panel 6 and the door trim 7 are furnished with holding parts 8. 9. The harness wiring structure 1 is furnished with the grommet 10, a parallel rib 13, a plate type member 14, a parallel hole 15 and a flat hole 16. The grommet 10 is furnished with a held part 17 held between the holding parts 8, 9. The parallel rib 13 is projected from the holding part 8. The plate type member 14 is furnished with a flat plate rib 24 projected from the holding part 9. The parallel hole 15 and the flat hole 16 are provided on the held part 17.
