<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide multilayer pipe for fluid transportation, which requires no adhesive layers. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer pipe has, from outside to inside, following layers (1) to (3): (1) a layer comprising a polyamide, i.e. nylon-11 or nylon-12 (optional layer); (2) an intermediate layer comprising 50-100 wt.% of (a) and 0-50 wt.% of (b), both being described hereinafter (the sum totals 100 wt.%); and (3) a layer comprising a polyamide, i.e. nylon-11 or nylon-12 (optional layer); provided that, at least one of the layer (1) and the layer (3) is indispensable, each layer is adhered mutually, and the inside layer contacts with a transported fluid. Said (a) is a polyamide A1 expressed by formula (1): X, Y/Z or 6, Y2/Z [where X is a C6-10 aliphatic diamine residue; Y is a C10-14 aliphatic dicarboxylic acid residue; Y2 is a C15-20 aliphatic dicarboxylic acid residue; Z is a unit selected from a lactam residue, anα,ω-amino carboxylic acid residue and X1, Y1 units (where X1 is a diamine residue, Y1 is a diacid residue); and weight ratios Z/(X+Y+Z) and Z/(6+Y2+Z) are 0-15 wt.%], and said (b) is a polyamide, i.e. nylon-11 or nylon-12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
