<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow efficient maintenance of a drain collective pipe joint and of the inside of a pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The drain collective pipe joint 10 comprises an access port 25 formed opening to the top of a body 11 so as to be open/closed with a cover 35.
