<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction device capable of improving the adhesion properties of a sound absorbing material made of a porous material and shortening machining time, its manufacturing method, and a pneumatic tire furnished with the sound reduction device. <P>SOLUTION: This noise reduction device 4 is furnished with the sound absorbing material 5 made of the porous material and a band member 6 to install the sound absorbing material 5 on the tire inner surface, the band member 6 is constituted of the thermoplastic resin, the sound absorbing material 5 is arranged between the band member 6 and the engaging member made of the thermoplastic resin and the engaging member 7 is thermally fused on the band member 6 through the sound absorbing material 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
