PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet or film which can allow a sufficient amount of polylactic acid to be effectively used to enhance biodegradability and does not cause damage on a packaging container and also avoiding consequent scattering of broken pieces. SOLUTION: A center layer of this resin sheet or film is formed of 100% of polylactic acid and has a thickness of 60-90% of the overall thickness of the resin sheet or film. In addition, each surface layer is formed of 70-95% of polylactic acid component and 5-30% of a lactic acid-based copolymer polyester component, and has a thickness of 5-20% of the overall thickness. Further, in order to form the packaging container, the surface layer is laminated on the face and back of the center layer to form a triple layer structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
