<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon utilization electron emission material which has a low resistance, a high mechanical strength, a high thermal resistance and a high heat conductivity, and can have a very excellent and sufficient electron emission function for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: In a bonding structure of a carbon utilization electron emission material to a base plate, a carbon nanotube 2 and a base plate 3 are subjected to solid solution bonding by a carbide TiC<SB>5</SB>formed between the carbon nanotube 2 as a carbon utilization electron emission material and the base plate 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
