<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thermoplastic resin film which is obtained by an extrusion molding method of high productivity and can suppress the occurrence of the fault of a film surface and a die line. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the thermoplastic resin film uses an extrusion apparatus having an extruder which is supplied with the thermoplastic resin and extrudes the supplied resin and a mold molding the resin into the film. The method includes a process in which before the extrusion of the thermoplastic resin, inert gas is introduced into a cavity of an internal space charged with the resin of the extrusion apparatus to make the oxygen concentration of the cavity at most 0.1% and a process in which the introduction of the inert gas into the cavity is stopped, or while the inert gas is introduced into the cavity, the thermoplastic resin is extruded into the film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
