PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater travelling vehicle on which a storage battery for exchange cab be quickly and safely mounted, without requiring specific device for battery exchange, even on a boat. SOLUTION: The underwater travelling vehicle is provided with a battery case 2 in which the battery 1 is stored, and a case-receiving part 3 formed on a body 10a of the underwater travelling vehicle, on which the battery case can be mounted detachably. The battery case 2 has a positive electrode terminal 6a and a negative electrode terminal 7a to be connected to the battery 1. The case-receiving part 3 has a terminal 11a for the positive electrode to be connected to the terminal 6a, when the battery case is mounted, and a terminal 12a for the negative electrode to be connected to the terminal 7a. Waterproof means 6, 7, 11, 12 waterproofing the terminal 6a connected to the terminal 12a and the terminal 7a connected to the terminal 12a for the negative electrode so that the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal can be insulated, even if the surroundings thereof are wetted.
