PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module facilitating work for mounting the camera module having an automatic focusing function, and improving reliability of electric connection to a mounting substrate. SOLUTION: In the camera module 30 having an imaging device 12, an imaging optics system, and a drive section 20 for positioning the imaging optics system to a focus position, respectively mounted on a substrate 10, a connection terminal 40 being electrically connected to the above drive section 20 is formed on the mounting surface of the substrate 10, and the connection terminal 40 and the drive section formed on the substrate are electrically connected via a flexible wiring board 28.
