PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit which can surely make a plurality of supply voltages fall in the predetermined order. SOLUTION: A controller 103 includes a logic control unit 103d and a counter 103e. When a falling sequence is performed in which the supply voltages VCC3, VCC2, VCC1 are caused to fall in the predetermined order; and if time from start of the falling sequence exceeds predetermined time T (V3), until one supply voltage of a plurality of the supply voltages VCC3, VCC2, VCC1, for example VCC3, becomes lower than a predetermined voltage, the logic control unit 103d controls to fall the next supply voltage.
