PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read data received by a television broadcast so as to surely confirm the data even during the travel of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A broadcast receiver 10 outputs the data received by the television broadcast by a voice. A CPU 30 sections the data received by the television broadcast per a voice outputted through a front end 24, synthesizes and outputs the voice based on the data by unit of the sectioned output. The CPU 30 collects surrounding sounds while the voice is outputted by a sound collection microphone 22 and determines whether or not a sound level of the collected sound exceeds a fixed value. The CPU 30 outputs the voice by an outputted output unit again when it is determined that the sound level exceeds a fixed value. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
