PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device, wherein a polarizing plate can stably be stuck to a liquid crystal panel without producing bubbles in the polarizing plate. SOLUTION: The material of a sticking roller 3 is changed from a normal rubber material to a low-resilient urethane material having cushioning property (low-resilient urethane foam).
