PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slab with a level difference and a method of constructing the slab capable of remarkably eliminating form construction and securing high construction accuracy. SOLUTION: In this slab with the height difference, a step part 1 is formed by mutually overlapping the end parts of a pair of hollow PC boards 2 and 3 with each other in the vertical direction, slab reinforcements 11 and upper end reinforcements 9 are disposed on the hollow PC boards 2 and 3, and a concrete 10 is placed thereon. A reinforcement 5 with fixing head part having enlarged parts at its both ends is inserted in hollow parts 2a and 3a at the end parts (on step part 1 side) of the hollow PC boards 2 and 3, and the reinforcements 5 and 5 with fixing head parts disposed in upper and lower two stages are vertically passed through the hollow parts 2a and 3a and arrested by a shearing reinforcement 7 at an upwardly opening slit part 4. Further, Channel-shaped ribs 6 wrapped around upper end reinforcements 9 and 9 disposed on the hollow PC boards 2 and 3 in the short side direction are connected to the lower side reinforcements 5 with fixing head parts.
