PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention tool to be wounded on the leg for completely shutting out theft such as snatching and pocket-picking. SOLUTION: This crime prevention tool is such that a plurality of holders 2 for valuables are set on a winding cloth plate 1 of a front, the stopper recessed part 6 and projecting part 8 of an attachment part are set on both the right and left ends of the plate, and an inclined plate 9 is stuck to between front and back winding cloth plates.
